ARTIST’S STATEMENT

I transform women’s scars into art.

My body is both my subject and my primary artistic material. My practice emerges from lived, liminal experience: loss, trauma, surgery, motherhood, and complex intimate relationships.

I work exclusively through self-portraiture, using my own body as the site of research. I combine analog photography with painting, sound, and light. My process includes double exposure and the mordançage technique, allowing me to reveal the naked female body as a space of sensation, memory, and depth.

Yoni has become the central image of my work, representing the return of the Feminine Soul. Across cultures, Yoni is either reduced to function or rendered invisible. In my practice, I reclaim Yoni as beautiful and natural — inseparable from nature itself.

I see my work as pioneering a new visual language for Yoni: not as an object or symbol, but as a lived, embodied presence — something that can be felt and acknowledged.

My work addresses the collective trauma of the feminine principle across centuries — suppression, shame, and disconnection from life. By restoring the gaze toward Yoni, I frame it as the heart of Woman and the heart of the living world.

I believe we are at the threshold of a new historical cycle, in which the feminine principle reclaims its sacrality.
